Christina Amey, AIA, LEED AP

Principal

Christina is the founding member of Christina Amey Architect LLC and brings over 30 years of experience to the table.

After graduating from Drexel University, Philadelphia, PA, she first gained experience in firms specializing in education facilities, hospitals, and resort casinos.  Christina then developed a connection with residential architecture while designing homes in Nantucket, Massachusetts in the late 90's.  After three years of designing wood shingle vacation and beach front homes in Nantucket she returned to the place she spent her summers growing up - Cape May County.  After several years of designing homes and small commercial projects in the Cape May and Atlantic Counties at another firm, it was time for Christina to start a business of her own where she could give clients the attention they deserved.

Michael Magnotta

Michael comes to us with civil engineering experience. Graduating from ITT Technical Institute in Norfolk, Virginia, he has a keen sense for detail and accuracy. This background combined with his interest in Architectural Design contributes to him being a valued part of our team.

Cassandra Bertch

Cassandra joined Christina Amey Architect LLC in fall of 2015.  She has studied Industrial Design at University of the Arts and Architecture at Philadelphia University.  Cassandra brings a wealth of experience to the office with her varied past studies and extensive architectural experience from previous firms including a focus on sustainable design.

Kyle Martin

Kyle joined Christina Amey Architect LLC in 2024. With residential experience of over 25 years, Kyle joins us in designing and documenting projects. Also a graduate of Drexel University, he is currently working towards licensure. His backgorund and knowledge is an assett to our team and clients.

Carol Wanas

Carol joined Christina Amey Architect LLC in 2024. Carol is the backbone of the office running smoothly. Carol has worked in variety of capacities within a multitude of businesses, primarily focused towards customer service and inclusive of project management and management. Her experiences, including with her own architectural endeavors, make her an ideal forefront to the company.
